There was such a tremendous and thunderous noise. The whole ground shook. Emerging from deep within the bowels of the dark earth came a fury of sharp talons and blue and white fur. “WHO dares disturb me at this hour?” Growled the huge beast. Alfred’s legs were jelly. He was sure they would buckle beneath him. The fur on his back prickled with electricity. His blood ran cold. His entire body was screaming, ‘RUN,’ but he couldn’t move. His throat was dry. He tried to speak. Only a high-pitched tiny squeak came out. The beast’s black eyes bore down on him. “Pl... Pl...Please Sir,” rmanaged Alfred. ” I....I..If you’d ju…jus…just let me explain!" The beast gave a contemptuous snort. This is it! thought Alfred, this is the Yunowat! This is the end! I’ve been GOT!
